Specialist referral packs

The benefits to your practice

If you’re looking to build the flow of patient referrals from local GDPs, then a professionally produced specialist referral pack is an ideal way of telling your fellow practitioners what you offer and how simply their patients can access your expertise.

Regular newsletters are an excellent way to keep your practice at the front of local dentists’ minds, ensuring that they think of you in preference to your local competitors.

Making the most of your referral literature

Producing a specialist referral pack is the starting point for building your profile in the local dental community. So it makes sense to mail a copy to all of the local GDPs with a covering letter reinforcing the key benefits of your referral service.

You can use the pack simply to encourage them to use your service, or perhaps initially to discuss a particular case with you.

Your regular referral newsletter is perfect for communicating your acquisition of new skills and qualifications, relevant patient case studies, and enhancements to your practice equipment and patient care.

Getting it right

We like to meet all our clients personally before beginning to work with them – it helps to form the basis of a strong working relationship, and enables us to get to know you and your practice.

When we meet, we can form a greater understanding of your practice, the specialist treatments you offer and how you have marketed your referral service previously. We will then recommend an approach which will meet your objectives and match your budget.

The best thing is that we take on all of the work for you, leaving you free to focus on your dentistry. This means that our skilled team will do all the writing and design, before forwarding proofs to you for comment and approval. And we continue this process until you are completely happy and ready to go to print.

Price

The price of your referral literature will depend on a range of factors like the size, quality of material used, number of items in the pack and quantity produced.

Following our initial briefing meeting and before starting work, we will provide you with a detailed costing which once agreed, we then stick to, so there are no surprises for you at the end. The packs and newsletters are VAT exempt.
