- Having us host your website and email makes life much easier for you – quite simply, in the rare event that there are any problems, we sort them out for you
- Email hosting – enabling you to have professional email addresses that match your website address. Individual staff can have their own email addresses, making your system more effective and productive, and it is easy to add new addresses when new staff members are taken on
- Having the website and email hosted together reduces potential compatibility issues
- Basic statistics can provide a useful indicator as to the effectiveness of the website, and help to pinpoint areas for improvement

Hosting plus
Features
All the features and benefits of our Basic Hosting Package, plus:
- Free resolution of web site errors
- The ability to edit all or some of the text on up to four pages per annum
- The ability to change up to four images per annum. (The new images must be the same dimensions as the original ones)
- Design and upload of one new page per annum
- All necessary copy-writing, image sourcing, design and technical changes are included

- Easy and free problem solving
- You can easily make changes to your website to cover, for example, fee changes, staff changes or the introduction of new services, without having to worry about additional costs
- This offers the ideal solution for practices who know they will need to make some changes to their websites each year, but who do not want to commit to monthly updates.

Hosting premium
Features
All the features and benefits of our Hosting Plus Package, plus:
- Monthly updates to home page
- Monthly updates to two other pages, either as a pop-up page or as an amended full page
- All necessary copy-writing, image sourcing, design and technical changes are included
How these benefit you
This option has so much potential for forward-thinking practices! The monthly site updates mean you can incorporate other valuable items on your website, such as:
- Special offers/promotions
- Time-sensitive practice news, i.e. news which would be outdated if kept for your regular newsletters
- National events, and the practice’s involvement in them, such as National Smile Week, Mouth Cancer Awareness Week, and on a lighter note days such as National Kissing Day (an ideal opportunity to promote fresh breath services!)
- To obtain support/sponsorship for any charity ventures any of the staff are taking part in
- To promote events such as open days/evenings
- To promote any competitions the practice is running
