Client requirements

Kingkraft are one of the UK's leading experts in specialist equipment for disabled adults and children. They weren’t completely happy with the way their website was performing and were looking for a company who were able to manage the whole of their online requirements including hosting, Google Adwords account, design and maintenance of their main website, and their online shopping site.

The solution

Blue Horizons took over the management of Kingkraft’s online presence, ensuring one main contact for all elements. We completely rebuilt their existing website in order for it to more sophisticated, more eye-catching and for it to focus more on their experience and high quality product offering.

The site has a purposeful narrow design to cater for a wide a base of users as possible, its built to be accessible (critical for the client's audience) and is mobile friendly. The simple, easy to access menus reflects the level of service and support available from Kingkraft and the quality, style and attention to detail given to every section emphasises the craft that goes into each product.

The outcome

The website has had a vast increase in visitors since it went live and has started to generate over 40 enquiries every month.

We're continuing to refine the site to meet client feedback which can be made direct through the site's 'comment' facility.
