Client requirements
Bray Dental wanted a marketing partner who could handle all their marketing requirements, from creating fundamental internal communications for their practice, to generating new patients with ongoing campaigns.
They wanted to target the right kinds of patients, through the right mediums with the right message in order to meet their business objectives and grow their practice.
The solution
In order to meet the needs of our client we had to provide a complete package of marketing materials.
We created an effective brand identity that stands out whenever displayed and forms a core part of all their dental marketing. Simple, stylish stationery helps convey a professional approach in all communications. While a chic, quality, informative welcome packs reflect the level of dentistry on offer.
Their practice website is attractive, uncluttered, extremely easy-to navigate and above-all informative. Its use of simple, easily accessible menus, large engaging images and patient-friendly copy help ensure a pleasant journey throughout. In support, the regular calls-to-action, encourage visitors to interact, ensure effectiveness from every hit.
We ensured that patients are kept loyal with bi-annual newsletters, providing information on the services on offer, educating them about the importance of oral health and attending the practice regularly and helping increase treatment uptake.
We encouraged word of mouth referrals through the provision of an incentivised referral card.
As well as creating core marketing materials, we also developed and managed a series of highly successful, integrated advertising campaigns throughout the year. These included press adverts, advertorials, radio campaigns, direct mail, Google Adwords, SEO and website integration.
The outcome
Bray Dental were awarded Best Marketing at the 2012 Irish Dentist Awards. Their integrated, high quality marketing communications met their patients' needs and their well-planned and executed advertising campaigns attracted new patients on a regular basis.
Over an 8 month period their website forms generated over 90 direct appointments and nearly 100 brochure requests. Their ongoing marketing campaigns throughout the year encouraged further visitors to the website and multiple appointments were booked as a direct response of each campaign.
