Client requirements
Imran was setting up a private clinic within an NHS practice and required a brand identity as well as a practice website. His primary aim with his marketing was to maintain his existing patients from his previous practice.
His brand identity needed to reflect the personal care and attention that he provides to all his patients. As a highly skilled and experienced dentist with an exceptional level of knowledge we needed to create an identity that had a professional, yet welcoming feel.
The solution
We came up with a new name for his practice and created an extremely unique and personal identity to match. This included a tagline to summarise the practice’s approach.
The overall brand encompasses both the preventive and cosmetic side of the practice and also helps target the practice at both existing patients and also new ones looking for a higher level of individual care.
The new branding focused on a friendly and modern treatment incorporating a gentle, personal, relaxed feel with unusual colour palette.
The outcome
The client was delighted with his new logo and brand as it really reflected the level of care and attention he provides.
Feedback from patients has been excellent too, with the majority coming across to Imran's new practice with him.
