Client requirements
One of our newest clients, Marion Brown, wanted to effectively market her aesthetic medicine business in order to position herself as the choice for facial aesthetics in Tunbridge Wells.
As a renowned professional, we needed to ensure we emulated a high quality feel in all of her marketing, especially as she was keen to attract the higher-end, professional business women sector. However her current identity and marketing material didn't reflect this high end feel or necessarily attract the right kind of patients.
The client wanted to build a strong brand presence for Marion Brown Aesthetics in order to push the business forward and ensure optimum success.
The solution
We created a new, stronger brand image which emulated Marion’s personality, approach, ethos and the quality of her work and treatments. This was applied across all the key stationery elements.
We redeveloped the existing website completely in order to create a consistent, higher quality online presence. The website has seen a dramatic improvement to with a more cohesive, slick and professional design. The use of a darker background helps build the brand identity and ties in with the print material. There is more information for visitors, encouragement to contact Marion at every step and glowing testimonials from her many happy clients.
In addition we also made more of a feature of the Crown Club (her exclusive members only group), developing a specific section of the website for these VIPs to view unique content as well as producing loyalty cards for them to carry around.
The outcome
The client (and her patients) are delighted with the work carried out. The website, being built on our bespoke content management system allows Marion access to update it, post blog entries, update her availability calendar and add special content for her Crown Club Members.
In addition the CMS has meant that the site includes a bespoke mobile specific version for smartphone users. This is a great additional feature that makes it as easy as possible for her clients to stay in touch.
