Welcome pack - Clifton Dental Studio

Client requirements

Our client needed a new welcome pack to reflect his high quality, cosmetic dental practice. He knew that the many testimonials he had received from delighted clients said far more about his skills and expertise than anything else could, and so wanted to focus strongly on these.

The solution

Our client felt it was important to use the testimonials exactly how he had received them - ie handwritten, in a letter format, and also wanted to use a photograph of each clients.

We created a special bound folder, with pull-out pages, which enabled him to give brief information on the client's treatment and include the whole testimonial.

The outcome

The folder is sent to all potential new clients in a strong, bespoke box envelope, together with a brochure and leaflets about the practice and its treatments, and is proving very successful. Our client is very pleased with his new welcome pack, and feels it has the wow factor needed to set him apart from other cosmetic dentists.
