Stunning new identity and aesthetic medicine website

One of our newest clients, Marion Brown, wanted to effectively market her business in order to position herself as the choice for facial aesthetics in Tunbridge Wells.  As a renowned professional, we needed to ensure we emulated a high quality feel in all of her marketing, especially as she was keen to attract the higher-end, professional business women sector.

With a wealth of experience within the aesthetic medicine field, Marion is well regarded.  She is an Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Team Leader for all Cosmetic Nurses across Kent & Sussex with the BACN. She  is very much driven by providing clinical excellence and high standards (thus her association with leading clinicians and products). However her current identity and marketing material didn't reflect this high end feel or necessarily attract the right kind of patients.

We needed to ensure that we built a strong brand presence for Marion Brown Aesthetics in order to push the business forward and ensure optimum success.

The aims of the project included:

  • Creating a strong brand image which emulated Marion’s personality, approach, ethos and the quality of her work and treatments
  • Promoting Marion Brown Aesthetic as the number one choice in Tunbridge Wells
  • Encouraging referrals and recommendations
  • Refining the logo and developing the branding for Marion Brown Aesthetics
  • Redeveloping the existing website and taking it to ‘the next stage’

The results:

As you can see, the new identity has a much higher quality feel and impression. It has a real sense of style and luxury and the client loves it!

The website has seen a dramatic improvement too with a more cohesive, slick and professional design. The use of a darker background helps build the brand identity and ties in with the print material.

The site has been built on our bespoke content management system so Marion has access to update it, post blog entries, update her availability calendar and add special content for her Crown Club Members.

In addition the CMS has meant that the site includes a bespoke mobile specific version for smartphone users. This is a great additional feature that makes it as easy as possible for her clients to stay in touch.
