Shopify support

Our Shopify support and maintenance packages* provide priority support and updates to your store within three working days.

Packages include theme and design changes, help with settings, changes to your copy and imagery, updates to existing products and pages, uploading of new products each month, advice on suitable apps and help setting up offers.

Our Shopify support packages start from £150 + VAT* per month for one store, including up to two hours of work and a dedicated account manager. We also ofer pay-as-you-go-options too.

*Our support programmes cover you for a minimum of six months. We will always remind you before your renewal is due.

Shopify training

As well as ongoing Shopify support, we provide both online and onsite Shopify training to help you and your team get to grips with your new website.

Prices start from £350 + VAT**.

**Price excludes travel costs for remote training.  

Initial site audit

We look over the site and provide an annotated review (using MarkUp).

Price from £150 + VAT - dependent on site size/integrations/set up.

SEO audit

Initial review with a report with findings for £375 + VAT.

This will include:

• Onsite analysis
• Organic SEO visibility
• Competitor analysis
• Google Ads review

Tailored Shopify website pricing

Once we understand your aims and goals, we’ll provide a detailed proposal and costs to get your new Shopify website up and running. As a guide, our redesign prices start at £1,950 + VAT. 

We can also spread payment interest-free over several months.
