HELPING YOU WITH YOUR STORE
Our support and maintenance programme* includes general theme and design changes including help with amending settings, changes to existing copy & imagery, amends to existing products and pages, addition of 5 new products per month, advice on suitable apps, help setting up offers & gift card products as well as minor customisations to the theme using existing features or apps. We can help add new pages and advise on how to action or add upsells and additions to your Shopify store.
Being on our Shopify support programme means we will be able to provide you with support for your store and make amends within 3 - 4 working days.
Our Shopify support programme prices start from £125 + VAT per month and this includes up to 2 hours of work per month. Within this you will also receive a dedicated account manager to assist with the management of your support and telephone and email support. Sharing our knowledge
We are able to provide full onsite or remote Shopify training to you and your team, comprising of a complete overview of the Shopify admin area.
We offer this service in our offices in Gloucester, via Skype or in your premises.
Prices start from £250** + VAT. We will provide a quotation depending on your specific requirements.
*Our support programmes are for a minimum of 6 months and we'll contact you in advance before your renewal is due.
If you require more complex customisation in terms of functionality or design, then we may need to quote separately for these.
