We charge by the hour for work carried out, or, you may prefer to go on one of our support packages, details of which are listed below.

Our Shopify Support Packages
We can offer a support and maintenance contract to suit your needs. However, to give you an idea here are the details of our standard support package*.
Standard Support
£125 + VAT per month - for up to 2 hours of work per month - to include:
- General theme and design changes
- Help with amending settings
- Minor customisations
- Changes to existing copy
- Changes to existing imagery
- Amends to existing products and pages
- Adding new pages
- Addition of 5 new products per month
- Advice on suitable apps
- General training
- Setting up offers and gift cards
- Changes made within 3 - 4 working days
- Telephone and email support
*Our support contracts are for a minimum of 6 months and we'll contact you in advance before your renewal is due.
If you require more complex customisation in terms of functionality or design, then we may need to quote separately for these.
Shopify Training
We are able to provide full onsite or remote Shopify training to you and your team, comprising of a complete overview of the Shopify admin area.
We offer this service in our offices in Gloucester, via Microsoft Teams or in your premises.
One-off training session at £300 + VAT**
****Travel costs not included if training is carried out remotely.
