Zalmon was created by a London couple in 2017 who started a coffee shop together and focused on creating vegan treats and delicious coffee.

During the pandemic they developed the product as part of their takeaway offering and it grew from strength to strength since, including being awarded the ‘Best Plant Based Fish Product 2023’ by BBC Good Food.

We migrated the original Zalmon store from Squarespace to Shopify, designing a more custom looking site and building this on a Shopify theme. We created custom graphics, icons and illustrations and incorporated subscription functionality. We also ensured everything was easy to manage and scale by the Zalmon team going forward.
