Bensons the Juicers are a family of fruit farmers on a mission to create healthy, natural products that help you live a healthier life.
Their website was on the WordPress/WooCommerce platform and although predominantly ‘business to business’ (with major trade customers such as Nandos and TGI Fridays), they had recently adapted the website in order to try and sell directly to consumers. The WordPress site was difficult to manage, didn't reflect the brand and wasn't geered up to support the retail efforts.
Bensons required a marketing partner to help refresh the website and support them in the re-platforming to Shopify, ensuring that the new store was much more ecommerce-focused, with a retail-first approach.
Design & functionality
We migrated across all existing products, customers and orders from WordPress to Shopify and created a custom design for their new Shopify store. The new look reflected the natural and organic nature of the products through the use of torn edges, custom icons and animated graphics.
We chose a flexible, premium theme due to budget and deadline requirements and we adapted this to meet the design layouts. We also rebuilt the navigation to be much more retail focused and to allow customers to find products both by type and by brand.
The new store is now more commerce focused, on brand, easy to navigate and much easier to manage and scale as the range increases.
"Highly recommend. Worked to our deadlines, able to action last minute changes, very responsive and went above and beyond to deliver an enhanced end user experience and visually exceeded our own expectations."Abbie Wheatley, Bensons The Juicers
