As a new brand to the market, WooWoo approached us for Shopify support and help with their new website. We recommended a redesign where we could help smooth out the customer journey, implement bundles and subscriptions and help them to shout about what 'care down there' really is about. They were previously using a page builder app for all areas of their store, including the homepage so we helped them to understand more about the Shopify themes and how they could utilise them to suit their needs.
Imagery & design
We created a slick and modern looking site that focused on the products themselves. With beautiful imagery and custom graphics already available, we helped to simplify their product pages using custom templates so it was easy to shop. We also helped refine their digital look and brand identity to create better components for web.
WooWoo wanted to keep their brand values of 'being fun' and 'not just another fem care brand' at the heart of the website but also create an easy buying experience for customers. They have utilised their blog to create a safe space for customers to learn more and chat about feminine hygiene and more.
Shopify support & aftercare
When the project started WooWoo had lots of ideas they wanted to implement across the site including bundles, subscriptions and easier ways for their customers to purchase their products. We recommended starting with a simple site to get them up and selling on the platform and then through our Shopify support package we could implement these additional features.
WooWoo have already seen an increase in sales within the first 3 weeks of their site launch and they are also now selling on other major stockists such as Feel Unique.
